All caravans we locate for our buyers and facilitate the sale of are sold with a current pre-purchase inspection certificate or equivalent.
Once we identify your dream caravan, you will be required to pay 10% deposit to secure the van. The balance will be required prior to collection/delivery.
FMV Caravan Brokers physically inspect the caravans in person or remotely. We build a rapport with the seller and conduct history checks on their caravans. The seller signs a legally binding contract with FMV reducing the opportunities for any fraudulent shenanigans. All vans we facilitate the sale of, come with a pre-purchase vehicle inspection and a clear PPSR report.
The brokerage deposit will be automatically refunded at the completion of the sale. If any significant faults show up on a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. The buyer will be entitled to a repair (at the sellers cost) or we will refund their deposit if preferred. Check out our full refund policy in our Terms & Conditions for all the info you need.

If your caravan is from a manufacturer or dealership, it will be sold with their warranty. With our private sales, there is no warranty, however you are still covered under Australian Consumer rights and don’t forget, all caravan sales we facilitate, come with a full pre-purchase inspection report.

This is a full management service. We meet all our premium sellers face to face in person or online to discuss their van. We’ll inspect the van in person (depending on location) or remotely and agree on the value. We’ll put together an extensive list of the caravans’ qualities for the listing. We’ll also book and pay for presale inspection. We also book and pay for a PPSR report giving the buyer further peace of mind for their big-ticket purchase.

We’ll take professional photographs (currently Adelaide only) presenting your van in its best light, ready for uploading to our website and social media channels.

We take care of all the paperwork, giving us authority to sell your van.

We take and manage all calls and enquiries and filter out time wasters and remove the opportunities for scammers. We coordinate all the viewings in person or remotely where necessary. We manage all negotiations to complete the sale.

FMV recommends the seller allows up to 8 weeks for the caravan to sell before reducing the price. The caravan can stay on the website and social media channels until it sells.

Yes. As a seller who signs up to Find My Van’s full management service, you will enter into a legally binding contract giving Find My Van the authority to market and manage the sale of your van.

What about caravan sellers Find My Van approach to buy their van on behalf of a FMV client? Once an offer is accepted, The seller, Buyer and FMV will enter into a legally binding agreement.
